He is commerce graduate and also qualified as a Company Secretary (CS) from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has also completed post graduation in law (L.L.M.) from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. He is qualified in the post qualification course of ICAI as Diploma in Information system audit (DISA) and completed certification course on Indirect taxes. He has also attended post qualification course Forensic Accounting and Fraud detection conducted by ICAI. He has also completed education course for registered valuer on securities or financial assets conducted by ICAI registered Valuers Organization.

He has rich experience in the field of direct and indirect taxation, audit, accounting, book keeping, company law matters and financial services.
